Located east of Pacaypata community is Finca Challhuachayoq, Zolio Palomino’s one and a half hectare farm. This coffee grows in the midst of a high-elevation jungle full of pine, eucalyptus, albizia and fruit trees. At a spectacular 2,200 masl - the soil, climate, variety and Zolio’s dedication to his practice make this coffee unique.

The coffees produced by Cusco’s Incahuasi Valley in southern Peru have always been stellar, offering high elevations and dry climatic conditions that yield ripe yellow fruit notes like peach, mango, and brown sugar, as well as excellent mouthfeel and sweetness.



Washed Process of Fermentation 22-30 hours wet and 6-10 drying days on raised beds.
