One of Jessica Rodriguez's competition roasts, when she was representing Klatch Coffee at the SCA Brewers Cup Competition of 2017. It offers aromas of orange blossom and cacao, with distinct flavors of mandarin orange and black tea with a tangerine acidity. The silky body and aftertaste of honeydew melon finishes this complex cup of coffee.
Produced from the rare botanical variety of Geisha, and grown by Pablo Guerrero. Geisha varietals are known to be distinctive with its elongated beans and extraordinary floral and crisp, often chocolaty cup. This crop was grown in an incredibly high altitude of 2000 meters, rich volcanic soil and a microclimate that allows for great growth in low temperatures to plant coffee trees. The geisha variety continues to distinguish itself as one of the world’s most unique coffees. Being a washed process, the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying.
