Meet your instructor

After getting her start at Klatch Coffee, Jessica Rodriguez has spent nearly a decade working in the coffee industry as an educator and trainer. She has also worked as a consultant for many cafes and restaurants in the Southern California area. Currently, Jessica is the Certifications Program Manager at the Specialty Coffee Association and an Authorized SCA Trainer. In 2017, she placed 4th in the US Brewers Cup Championships and, since then, has been active in coffee competitions as a judge and stage manager.
