Cold Brew

1:2 Ratio
2 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate
(Recommend: Crazy Goat Blend or Mocha Java Blend)

Cup full of ice
Add 2 oz of Cold Brew Concentrate
4 oz of water
If you prefer Add syrup, creamer, or milk.

Latte Iced

1:2 Ratio
2 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate
(Recommend: Crazy Goat Blend or Mocha Java Blend)

Cup full of ice
Add 2 oz of Cold Brew Concentrate
4 oz Half and Half (alternative milk)
Add simple syrup (as needed)
If you prefer Add syrup, creamer, or honey.

Dalgona

Pre-prep:2 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate whipped with 4 tbsp sugar for the top of the Dalgona.

Cup full of ice
4 oz milk (alternative milk)
Top with whipped coffee

Cooling Coconut Lime

2 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate
(Recommend: Crazy Goat Blend or Mocha Java Blend)
Pre-prep:2 oz Coconut Cream or Coconut Milk whipped for the top of the drink.

Cup full of ice
Add 1 oz of simple syrup
Add (slowly) 1.5 oz of Cold Brew Concentrate

Add 2 oz whipped Coconut to the top.
Squeeze of lime, add lime.

Vanilla Caramel Iced Latte


12 oz glass add ice as needed.
Add Vanilla syrup (as needed)
Add Caramel Sauce to the inside of cup.
Add 2 oz of Espresso (Belle & House Espresso recommended)
4 oz Half and Half (alternative milk)

Bees Knees Iced Latte


12 oz glass add ice as needed.
Add Vanilla syrup (as needed)
Add Honey to the inside of cup.
Add 2 oz of Espresso (Belle & House Espresso recommended)
4 oz Half and Half (alternative milk)

Dirty Chai Iced Latte

12 oz glass add ice as needed.
Add Vanilla syrup (as needed)
Add 2 oz of Espresso (Belle & House Espresso recommended)
Add Chai Tea (sweetened)
2 oz Half and Half (alternative milk).

Affogato

2 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Add 2 oz of Espresso (Belle & House Espresso recommended)
Pour the hot espresso on the top of Vanilla Ice Cream (Gelato).
If you want toppings Add Caramel Sauce or Chocolate shavings. 
Enjoy before everything melt.

Gin & Cold Brew Tonic

Ingredients
1 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate
(Recommend: Crazy Goat Blend or Mocha Java Blend)
0.5 oz of Orange Simple Sugar
Pre-prep: Orange Simple Syrup-Equal parts water, sugar and orange peal. Boil for 30 mins.

1.5 oz Gin (The Botanist suggested)
Ginger Bitters (Hella Bitters suggested)
1 leaf Sage, spank herb (Or fresh Basil or Rosemary)
Tonic Water (Fever Tree Citrus Tonic Water suggested)

Add  Orange Simple Sugar
Add Gin 
Add 2 dashes Ginger Bitters
Add Sage, spank herb.
Add Ice to 12 oz cup and use shaker, Shake.
Strain cocktail into glass over ice.
Add Tonic Water 
Add  Cold Brew Concentrate (Top)
Add  herb garnish

Cold Brew Old Fashioned

Ingredients
0.75 oz  Cold Brew Concentrate
(Recommend: Crazy Goat Blend or Mocha Java Blend)
0.5 oz of Orange Simple Sugar
Pre-prep: Orange Simple Syrup-Equal parts water, sugar and orange peal. Boil for 30 mins.

2 oz Tullamore D.E.W Original Irish Whiskey
Citrus Bitters (Hella Bitters suggested)
Aroma Bitters
Orange Peel

Add Whiskey
Add Cold Brew Concentrate
Add Orange Simple Sugar
Add 1.5 oz Gin (The Botanist suggested)
Add 2 dashes of Citrus Bitters
Add 1 dashes of Aroma Bitters

Add Ice to 12 oz cup and use shaker, Shake.
Strain cocktail into glass over large cubed ice.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel (twist and rub rim of cup.)


Coffee Bourbon
Negroni Twist

Ingredients
Pre-Prep:  Soak 4-6 hours 
~1/4 cup  Whole Bean-Medium Roast with 1/2 cup Campari in closed jar.
~Shake every 2 hours.
~Strain Whole Beans
(Recommend: El Salvador Las Mercedes Cattura)
0.75 oz. Woodford Straight Bourbon Whiskey
0.75 oz. Campari Coffee Concentrate (Strain Whole Beans)
0.75 oz. Martini Rossi  Sweet Vermouth 
Orange Bitters Hella Bitters 

Equal parts Campari Coffee Concentrate, Bourbon and Sweet vermouth.
2 dashes of Orange Bitters 
Add the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
Stir well with ice
Strain into a glass over large cubed ice.
Garnish with a twist of orange peel (twist and rub rim of cup.)

Black Emerald

Ingredients
Pre-Prep: Steeped Bag- Colombia  RUB, Steep in 3 oz Club Soda for 2-3 mins. While preparing drink.

Lemon (lemon peel)
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz St. German Elder Flower
Mint Leaf

Add Lemon Juice
Add St. German Elder Flower
Add Vodka
Add Mint leaves
Add ice to shaker, Shake.
Add Club Soda Coffee Concentrate 
Roll drink back and forth to glass.
Strain into glass over ice.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel (twist and rub rim of cup.) and mint leaves.
