Mike Perry sourced this coffee from one of his trips and it is a hand-selected blend from two farms located in Cerro Mineiro region. It starts with a semi-sweet chocolate and bright orange aroma. The cup brings out flavors of brown sugar and orange with a semi-sweet chocolate. Offering a balanced body and long finish, this coffee can be enjoyed as drip or espresso.
Twice a year during Mike's visits, he cups through coffee from over 120 different farms to find the perfect beans from Brazil. This year he doubled his pleasure by blending beans from two farms: One more chocolate while the other more orange. Together both flavors shine and are balanced with a bonus of brown sugar.
