Loved for it's beautiful orange citrus flavors. Black currant and wine undertones with sweet citrus, chocolate and cherry notes. Very rich and smooth.
After 100 years and four generations of coffee growers, the Carvalho Dias and the Ottoni families are still producing some of the finest Arabica coffees in Brazil. They maintain their traditional belief in having balance on all levels: socially, economically and environmentally. This belief is manifested on each of the six farms or Fazendas and in the production of the finest of Brazilian coffees.
The Carvalho Dias and Ottoni families know that in order to produce top-notch coffees, the people producing it must be happy with their work. This means providing a comfortable living environment for the local communities with schools, churches, clinics and sports facilities. Surrounded by natural forests that have been carefully preserved, the Fazendas also practice environmentally safe methods of producing coffee.
