This crop is a very rare naturally-processed coffee from Bolivia. Our roastmaster, Mike Perry was very enthusiastic about his trip and mentioned to look out for this crop when we receive it. Now that it's here, we've sample roasted and cupped it several times to calculate the right formula. It didn't take long for the Klatch team to agree that this is one of our favorite new arrivals. One of our favorite aspects about this bean is its natural "dry" process. This means the coffee cherries were dried on the bean, creating a sweet and intense fruit characteristic in the coffee's overall flavor. We hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do!
