Upland Roastery, Klatch Coffee

Greetings from the Klatch roastery here in Upland, Ca! I would like to take some time to share
with you the awesome experience I had in showing you our roasting and cupping demonstration
last Saturday. For those of you who had the opportunity to take part in that special event, I want to
sincerely thank you.
Being able to demonstrate how roasting and experiencing great coffee go hand in hand to all of
you was indeed the highlight of my month. Without your support and without your constant feedback
and curiosity into why we make Klatch what it is, then there is no us, and there is no you… essentially
there is no fabric of community.
From the raised beds of coffee farmers to the cupping that we so enjoyed on Saturday, there is
a tremendous amount of work that goes into making that special brew just you – whether it’s that 5am
morning rise that mid afternoon perk me up or simply even a nightcap- we’re here for you and we love
your involvement in our successes.
The Saturday event was also unique, allowing Klatch to be televised via NTD.TV (New Tang Dynasty Television)
crew who took memorable video graphic interviews. So, if you’re interested to see how much we love

you’ll see, we’re down to earth people that have an amazing passion for quality control. Every customer
counts as well as every bean that goes into our Diedrich roaster. For us, quality and consistency are key.

ups happen every few months so next time we’re available, don’t be afraid to give us a chance. We love
newcomers and coffee connoisseurs alike so don’t be afraid to take a dive into our world for just a few

In conclusion, Me and my staff have had the privilege of serving all of you along with the cooperation
from the baristas hard at work at the retail locations in San Dimas, Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. I
love what I do and I enjoy working with all members of this company to provide to you a superior
