Whether you are just getting into espresso or have been brewing for awhile, this workshop dives into all the nuances that come with espresso extraction. We will begin with espresso extraction basics, and then dive into grind, dose, tamp and more extractions! This class will use the mypressi TWIST primarily, but it's also BYOB (Brewer).
