This new El Salvador and fourth coffee from Jose Antonio is El Carrizal simply described as chocolate covered in cherries. Notes of dark chocolate with sweet fresh cherries and a mild hint of peach or stone fruit swim in the cup. A very balanced and smooth bean. The perfect after dinner coffee with a plate of pirouline cookies.

El Carrizal coffee comes directly from El Carrizal farm. El Carrizal is a farm owned by the JASAL group for more than 100 years and therefore there is a lot of value to its memories and linkage with the family and the farm. What distinguishes this farm is a cross that can be seen from far away at the top of the hill. In addition, the environment surrounding this farm is exceptional; one quality being the fact that El Molino River flows through some parts of the farm.
