This is the perfect workshop for both beginners and advanced alike. We will begin by reviewing basic pour over brewing techniques using a V60, Bee House, and Chemex. We will then explore more advanced and individualized extractions, such as to stir or not to stir, what is the best grind, and pouring options. The class is optional BYOB (Brewer).
