Naked Lemon Verbena

  • 2 shots, Klatch House Espresso
  • 1 inch lemon peel
  • 6 verbena leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 8 oz glass cup
  • cocktail shaker and strainer
  • ice
  • 1 shot, vodka [for the adults]

Directions: Combine in the cocktail shaker, 5 leaves of verbena, 2 shots of espresso and lemon peel, topped with ice and shake well. In the glass cup add simple syrup and ice, for the extra kick for the adults, add the shot of vodka. Strain the cocktail shaker to cup, which creates a layered drink with espresso over the simple syrup. Top it all off with a verbena leaf for a final touch. Voila! A small but refreshing cold espresso layered with verbena leaves - a summer treat with a punch.



Cherry Garcia Mocha

  • 2 Shots Klatch Belle Espresso
  • 1 Tbls Fresh Gound Ibarra Chocolate
  • 1 Tbls Bing Cherry Juice
  • 8 oz Milk

Directions: Combine espresso with chocolate and dissolve most of the chocolate. Add cherry juice and combine. Top with steamed milk! Muy Delicioso!



Creamsicle Latte

  • 2 Shots Klatch Coffee World's Best Espresso
  • 1/2 Vanilla Bean Split
  • 2 Strip Fresh Orange Peel
  • 4oz Milk
  • 4oz Half and Half

Directions: Place milks in steaming pitcher with vanilla bean and orange peel. Steam until correct temperature and then remove orange peel and vanilla bean. Run espresso into cup and top with flavored milk. Twist the second peel on top leaving the drink with a refreshing aroma. If you don't have vanilla bean available, feel free to use 1/2oz vanilla syrup.

If it's warm by you like it is by me, try this drink Iced. Put the vanilla and orange peel to soak in the espresso for 1 minute, then top with half and half and ice! Top with a spritz of orange zest and this creamy refreshment.



Honey Bee Latte

  • 2 Shots of Award Winning Klatch Espresso
  • 1/2 Vanilla Bean Split
  • Your Favorite Honey
  • 6oz Milk

Directions: Begin by lacing a 6oz cup with honey. Then put your vanilla bean in with your milk and steam together. Place your shots in the bottom of the honey laced cup, then top with your vanilla steamed milk, and lace with a little more honey. Enjoy the sticky sweetness!
