Naked Lemon Verbena

  • 2 shots, Klatch House or Belle Espresso

  • 1 inch Lemon Peel

  • 6 Verbena Leaves

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • Ice

  • 1 shot, Vodka [for the adults]

Directions: Combine in the cocktail shaker, 5 leaves of verbena, 2 shots of espresso and lemon peel, topped with ice and shake well. In the glass cup add simple syrup and ice, for the extra kick for the adults, add the shot of vodka. Strain the cocktail shaker to cup, which creates a layered drink with espresso over the simple syrup. Top it all off with a verbena leaf for a final touch. Voila! A small but refreshing cold espresso layered with verbena leaves - a summer treat with a punch.


Cooling Coconut Cream

  • 2 oz Klatch Espresso

  • 3 oz Milk

  • 3 oz Coconut Milk

  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

  • 2 cups Ice

Directions: Combine espresso and simple syrup and pour over one cup of ice. Next, combine coconut milk and milk and pour over rest of ice onto espresso. Pour slowly enough to keep the layers separate.


Tiramisu Shake

  • 2 oz Klatch Espresso

  • 5 oz Milk

  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 1 tbsp Mascarpone or Cream Cheese

  • Cocoa for Dusting

  • To Finish: Whipped Cream for Taste

Directions: Place espresso in blender followed by milk to help cool the espresso down. Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, stopping at the 1/3 point and putting a layer of whipped cream. Add more shake and finish with whipped cream and a dust of cocoa. The perfect Italian treat.


Creamsicle Latte

  • 2 Shots Klatch Coffee World's Best Espresso

  • 1/2 Vanilla Bean Split

  • 2 Strip Fresh Orange Peel

  • 4oz Milk

  • 4oz Half and Half

Directions: Place milks in steaming pitcher with vanilla bean and orange peel. Steam until correct temperature and then remove orange peel and vanilla bean. Run espresso into cup and top with flavored milk. Twist the second peel on top leaving the drink with a refreshing aroma. If you don't have vanilla bean available, feel free to use 1/2oz vanilla syrup.

If it's warm by you like it is by me, try this drink Iced. Put the vanilla and orange peel to soak in the espresso for 1 minute, then top with half and half and ice! Top with a spritz of orange zest and this creamy refreshment.



The Twig and The Tree

  • 2 shots, Klatch House Espresso

  • 1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup

  • 8 oz Whole Milk

  • 3 Rosemary Frawns

  • 1 Piece Orange Peel

Directions: Begin by combining syrup and espresso. Then steam milk and rosemary together. Remove rosemary and pour milk on top of espresso creating 2 rosettas, one large, and one small. Top the drink off with a refreshing spritz of orange.


Breakfast Latte

  • 2 shots, Klatch House Espresso

  • 6 strips of Cooked Bacon

  • 2 cups of Milk

  • 1 tbls Maple Syrup

    Directions: Begin by making bacon infused milk by taking 6 pieces of hot freshly made bacon and topping it with 2 cups of milk. Microwaveable precooked bacon works well here because it is not as greasy as fresh bacon. Let milk sit in fridge for 2 hours and then remove bacon. For the latte begin by brewing 2 shots of fresh Klatch House Espresso in to an 8 oz cup and adding 1 tbls maple syrup. Then steam milk and pour into espresso and top with pig latte art.

    Enjoy Breakfast!


The Sweet Shot

Directions: In a martini shaker combine all ingredients and give gentle stir. Then top with 1 cup ice and shake vigorously. Pour all contents into glass for a light and frothy pick me up!


Ginger Orange Latte

Directions: First begin by running shots of espresso into cup. Combine milk and ginger and steam together. Pour on top of espresso and finish by spritzing with fresh orange peel. To enjoy iced simply combine ginger and orange peel with espresso and allow the flavors to marry for one minute. Top with milk and finish with lots of ice for a refreshing summer drink!


Cherry Garcia Mocha

  • 2 Shots Klatch Belle Espresso

  • 1 Tbls Fresh Gound Ibarra Chocolate

  • 1 Tbls Bing Cherry Juice

  • 8 oz Milk

Directions: Combine espresso with chocolate and dissolve most of the chocolate. Add cherry juice and combine. Top with steamed milk! Muy Delicioso!


Honey Bee Latte

  • 2 Shots of Award Winning Klatch Espresso

  • 1/2 Vanilla Bean Split

  • Your Favorite Honey

  • 6oz Milk

Directions: Begin by lacing a 6oz cup with honey. Then put your vanilla bean in with your milk and steam together. Place your shots in the bottom of the honey laced cup, then top with your vanilla steamed milk, and lace with a little more honey. Enjoy the sticky sweetness!


Hot Buttered Rum Coffee Cocktail

  • 12 oz bag of Klatch Rwanda Rushashi

  • 1 stick of soften butter

  • 2 cups brown sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup ice cream

  • 1 oz of Rum

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • To Finish: Whipped Cream

Directions: Begin by making a butter mixture by combining softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and ice cream. Once mixture is combined put into the freezer to harden. In the mean time brew some delicious Klatch Rwanda Rushashi using your favorite method. We really like a French Press for this drink because the heartiness the press adds helps the coffee to stand up to other flavors in the drink.

To prepare the drink begin with 8-10oz mug. Place a 1/4 cup of the butter mixture at the bottom of the cup. Add 1 oz of your favorite rum. I used a spiced rum as it works well with other flavors in the cup. Fill the cup with coffee leaving a little room at the top for whipped cream. Combine all the flavors using cinnamon stick to stir, top with your favorite whipped cream, and enjoy.
