La Providencia offers a floral, tea-like and citrus scent that is very distinct. The flavorful fusion transcends to the cup with cocoa, lime and hints of pleasing perfume-like fruit notes; rounding out the flavor.
La Providencia uses the coffee pulp as fertilizer and shade to protect the plantation from the sun on a 30/70 rate, making it friendly for birds without compromising the production. The ecological processing mills use coffee parchment as fuel for the drying ovens. Water treatment is also implemented to reduce water volume. In addition, Villagers near the farm are also provided with employment, elevating the production and prosperity of the community.
