I'm a double espresso monthly member and I usually don't take the time to express my opinion, well, because you guys have received a lot of rave reviews for your coffee and I would be telling you something you already know. However, this last month when I opened and tried the above reference coffee (Eth Amaro Gayo) I thought you guys made a mistake, because I'm used to the three varieties that you usually alternate and I thought this was roasted as a drip type coffee. So I went to the website and found out you had it listed either/or. Man, was I surprised. Personally, I think this is your best espresso. I know, I know, you have the WBE, but I give this an extra star over the WBE. I think you have outdone yourself. In fact, I'm kind rationing it to savor.
