We expected great quality, to begin with, but this particular crop exceeded our expectations! It is located next to Montaña, on the Cañas Verdes side of the mountain in Boquete Panama at 1,700-1,800 meters. Daniel and Rachel Peterson decided to separate this lot from others as they found it multi-layered and complex and we could not agree more. This particular crop offeres an intense floral, tea-like aroma along with a jammy and juicy cup. This is definitely one of our favorite crops from the Peterson Family.
