This morning four guards were killed on farm Flor Amarilla, in the jurisdiction of Ciudad Arce, La Libertad. The victims were identified as Jose Antonio Pineda, Simon Cañas, José Aníbal López, and Salvador Pineda. The guards were guarding the coffee at mill Belen. The killers arrived and allegedly shot at close range. It is unknown if the criminals were carrying weapons. Nor do they know if they had received threats. The criminals stole 150 bags of green coffee, which according to the National Civil Police should have resulted in several pickups or at least one truck.
