This trip was all about cupping, from El Salvador to Costa Rica with stops in Panama and Nicaragua.

In El Salvador we cupped lots from our friend and new President of Woman in Coffee in El Salvador: Lucia Ortiz. Every lot was good and the Pacamara is even better this year than last. The only down part was that her production is way down this year so we will be getting less. The good part seems to be that the flavors and quality is up. I guess more nutrients for less cherry equals better quality.
