From the highlands of Guatemala this 100% Caturra is a honey sweet coffee that begins with lurid fragrances of yellow fruits and honey, giving way to aromatics that are both bright and sweet. A very clean coffee with notes of grapefruit citrus with high and present malic acidity, like a green granny smith apple.

Finca Candelaria is located in the south region of Guatemala in the department of Sacatepéquez in municipal Alotenango. The farm is located 1500 m above sea level, an altitude at which the sun rays and volcano solids boost the beans density and make this an exceptional coffee. Jose Luis a third generation coffee producer. Coffee production has been managed by his family for more than 50 years. In the past six years every tree has been replanted, creating a new and young farm providing great coffee.
