Our new coffee from Ramiro Gavincha packs a beautiful fusion of sweet cocoa nibs and fresh cut lavender, reminiscent of early spring. This coffee transitions smoothly offering bright flavors of tangerine and vanilla undertones. With it's eclectic flavor profile, this coffee gets better as it cools down.
This awesome organic micro-lot was purchased by our roastmaster, Mike Perry during his sourcing trip last fall of 2013. Ramiro's farm, Finca Noelia, is located in the Primavera Colony of Caranavai at about 1600 meters. The coffee varietals in his farm are Typica and Caturra and are dried on African beds.
